Walk In Policy

We encourage all clients to schedule an appointment. This is to ensure enough time for proper prep and ensure you are able to receive your service. Walk-in services are not available daily or on a regular schedule. We strongly recommend booking a service in advance! Aubrey will not be taking walk-ins at this time.

Cancelation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 business hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Cancelations and rescheduled appointments within 24 business hours of the originally scheduled time are subject to up to 100% of the full non-discounted service price. No shows will automatically be charged the full-service price automatically with the card on file. We reserve your appointment time specifically for you and you only as we can only see one client at a time. When you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hour notice we are unable to fill your reserved time. Please make sure you can commit to your appointment time before booking with us. Thank you for understanding.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients should plan extra time to find parking and the building entrance. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to park and settle into the space. Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late may be charged a late fee and may not be able to be seen if there is another appointment booked after theirs. Arriving 15 minutes or more late to an appointment may be considered a no-show or reschedule and subject to the above โ€œCancelation Policyโ€.

No-Refund Policy Regarding Spray Tans and Teeth Whitening

We pride ourselves in providing nothing but flawless results with all of our services. We do our very best to provide all information necessary before, during, and after your appointment - please let us know if you have any questions so that we can do our part. If you are unsatisfied with your results, we ask that you let us know within 2 days of your service so that we can help troubleshoot, and make things right. Because of the nature of our services, your cooperation with preparation and aftercare determine your results, we do not offer refunds on any of our services. Please note we do not advise tanning over old spray tan and sunburns, we also advise clients to not get wet after their tan until their first shower. Absolutely no refunds will be given to clients who choose to tan against our recommendations due to improper prep and aftercare.

No-Refund Policy Regarding Permanent Jewelry

All sales are final due to their personalized nature. Lost or broken chains are not eligible for replacement. If chain breaks outside of the weld site, the item may be fixed for a small fee based on the level of damage. If items break at weld site 30 days after purchase, owner may provide proof of purchase date and weld will be fixed by Tray Chic Glow at no charge to customer. If weld breaks after 30 days from purchase or proof of purchase date is not provided, customer will be charged a $10 rewelding fee.
